Response times vary depending on location, traffic, and conditions, but we strive to arrive within 60 minutes in the Los Angeles area.

Limitations of Liability

While we use industry-standard methods and equipment, Pristine Restoration cannot guarantee that all damage (especially pre-existing or hidden damage) will be fully restored.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, utility disruptions, or factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services provided.

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards (including IICRC standards where applicable).
